AmerikaPro Písmo

Amerika Pro from Apostrophic Labs is a free retro display serif with towering proportions and eccentric, turn-of-the-century curves. Its broad arches, abrupt slab-like feet, and dramatic shifts between thick and thin strokes give the lettering a theatrical silhouette.

As a decorative period title, it can set the scene for cabaret posters, restaurant branding, or vintage-themed events. Fashion packaging and editorial covers also suit its mix of elegance and oddity. Its stretched forms can echo ornate borders and architectural illustration.

Amerika is the 200th font released by CheapProFonts and is an upgraded version of a font by Fredrick “Apostrophe” Nader.

The character set has been revised for consistent baseline placement and serif thickness, and proper overshoots have been implemented. All alternate letterforms, along with some new ones, are included as OpenType alternates and are also available with accents. The Greek and Cyrillic letterforms are properly encoded and kerned.
