AnglicanText by Typographer Mediengestaltung is a free medieval blackletter font with a formal, calligraphic silhouette. Its steep pointed strokes and diamond-shaped joins give the letters the firm texture of handwritten manuscript lettering with emphatic vertical movement. The flourishes are broad and unmistakably ornamental.

A theatrical title is its most convincing role, especially for fantasy events, historical games, and music packaging built around dark medieval imagery.
