Artdecor Písmo

Artdecor by Lazar Dimitrijevic is a free graffiti font with swollen strokes and the unruly shape of quickly improvised lettering. Its letters lurch between tall, narrow forms and broad, rounded masses, with pinched joins, uneven edges, scattered dot-like marks, and abrupt changes in stroke width.

Rooted in street-art graphics, it fits music posters, skate merchandise, album packaging, and event flyers where raw handmade lettering can set the whole attitude. The font is most convincing on posters, where its wobbling silhouettes can function almost like painted artwork rather than neutral type.

Lazar Dimitrijevic was born in 1981 in Bajina Basta, Serbia. He holds a Master of Graphic Design from the Department of Graphic Design at FILUM Kragujevac, Serbia. He is the art director of Design Studio BOX.
