Carmenta Písmo

Carmenta by Rob S. of High-Logic.com is a free Celtic Gothic font with tall, blade-like letters and pronounced shifts between broad and hairline strokes. Its uneven contours keep the finish raw and inscriptional.

Legends, folklore, and historical fantasy offer the clearest setting for this lettering. It suits book covers, game titles, and festival posters built around ancient landscapes or heroic tales. The sharp silhouettes echo swords, standing stones, and heraldic art, making the type part of the pictured world.

The ZIP file contains two fonts: regular and italic. Both fonts are in OpenType format and support ligatures and old-style numerals.

The typeface is named after Carmenta, the Roman goddess of childbirth and prophecy, who is also said to have invented the Latin alphabet.

In version 2, some glyphs were cleaned up and adjusted. The fonts are in TTF format instead of OTF format, while the OpenType features remain.
