Hammersmith One by Sorkin Type Co. is a free geometric sans serif with broad, sturdy lettering and a clean contemporary profile. Rounded forms soften its otherwise firm silhouette. The lowercase is compact, with open shapes and a brisk, practical rhythm.

Poster design is its strongest setting, especially for cultural events and lively public campaigns. The firm shapes also suit food packaging and music graphics that favor direct lettering with some warmth. In editorial work, it gives section openers and magazine cover lines a friendly modern voice.
