Heavy Squared Writing, designed by Paulo W., is a free calligraphic display font with broad, forceful strokes and sharply changing widths. Its letters lean into angular joins, deep notches, and uneven edges, giving the writing a raw, fast-cut silhouette.

Streetwear brands are its clearest territory. The aggressive forms also suit music posters, skate merchandise, and action-game graphics. Across those uses, the slashed edges and abrupt bends can echo torn paper, painted marks, or hard-edged illustration.
