Skate Around by Xerographer Fonts is a free comic display font with a hand-drawn edge. Its tall, narrow letters lean at uneven angles, with abrupt hooks, tapered ends, and shifting stroke widths. Several forms crowd and cross one another.

Skate culture and underground music audiences will recognize the scrappy hand-lettered attitude immediately. It suits deck graphics, event posters, apparel, and album artwork where lettering can become part of the illustration. The rough, exaggerated shapes are especially suited to youth brands and independent labels with an unruly comic-book streak.
